Loneliness and bad sleep are linked to each other. This can be a difficulty in falling asleep, sleeping too much or poor quality of sleep altogether. This results in tiredness the whole day as well as low levels of energy.

Stress, anxiety, and depression all have an impact on the digestive system. Overthinking causes discomfort, pain which affects the gastrointestinal system.

When we take too much stress, our body prepares our organs to fight and put our functions to rest, so that they can fight with stress. This results in stomach getting cramps or you might have digestive issues.
